Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

Assist with HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

Help organize training and development initiatives, including logistics and participant communications.

Support HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys or policy reviews.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.



  • Must be BBBEE Aligned
  • Be between the ages of 18–34
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Not be a full-time student
  • Not be participating in another internship, learnership, or apprenticeship
  • Not have previously benefited from the YES Programme for more than 8 months

Must have a degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
