• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist with HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Help organize training and development initiatives, including logistics and participant communications.
• Support HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys or policy reviews.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

- Be between the ages of 18–34
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be a full-time student
- Not be participating in another internship, learnership, or apprenticeship
- Not have previously benefited from the YES Programme for more than 8 months
• Must have a degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
