• Learn to set up and operate the Printers and Roller Coater machines to apply
decorative coatings and prints on steel drums.
• Assist in preparing and loading materials onto machines and monitoring production
processes.
• Support in inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance tasks
under supervision.
• Learn and follow safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and
handling materials.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
