The Toolroom Administrator Intern will provide administrative support to the Toolroom Department by assisting with tooling records, inventory management, maintenance documentation, reporting, and coordination activities within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining tooling records and filing systems, supporting tooling inventory control, tracking maintenance work orders, compiling reports and KPI dashboards, assisting with procurement requests, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Optional Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management Assistant, or Operations Management Advantageous • Logistics or Supply Chain qualification • Exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing environments • Administrative experience in a technical environment Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Good planning, organisational, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment Exposure to SAP, inventory management, Power BI, reporting dashboards, and document control will be advantageous Driver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous.

The candidate must be between the ages of 18-35.

Must meet B-BBEE alignment

Must not be a full-time student

Must have not participated under the YES program for more than 8 months

Must reside in PE
