The Quality Administrator Intern will provide administrative support to the Quality Department by maintaining quality records, managing documentation, compiling reports, supporting audit activities, and assisting with quality system administration within an automotive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining quality databases and filing systems, updating KPI reports, supporting internal and external audits, assisting with ISO and IATF documentation requirements, managing document control processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management Assistant, or Quality Management


Advantageous

Advanced Diploma in Business Administration

Quality Management Qualification

Exposure to Manufacturing Operations


Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Strong attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to handle confidential information accurately

Exposure to SAP, Power BI, reporting dashboards, document control, and quality systems knowledge will be advantageous

Driver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous

Must be between the ages of 18 - 35 
Don't do ETI 
Must meet the BBBEE alignment
Must not be a full-time student 
Must have not participated in the YES program for more than 8 months 
Must reside in Port Elizabeth
