Support the Industrial Engineering Department with process improvement initiatives, productivity analysis, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. Duties include assisting with time studies, process mapping, reporting, lean manufacturing activities, and operational efficiency projects within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or BTech in Industrial Engineering
Advantageous
- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Exposure to Manufacturing Operations
- Computer literate with basic data analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
YES Requirements:
- Between the ages of 18 - 35
- Don't do ETI
- Must be BEE-aligned
- Must not be a full-time student
- Must not have participated in the YES programme for more than 8 months
- Must reside in Port Elizabeth
