Assist in Identify customer requirements and translating them into process and product specifications.

Aid in control and analysis of customer complaints.

Assist in developing measuring systems and tools to evaluate performance characteristics.

Assist in developing action plans for realization of improvement projects.

Aid in the compilation and control quality related statistics process.

Aid in the evaluating the ongoing performance of processes and products to meeting customer requirements.

Observe and aid in the performance advanced quality planning process.

Assist in maintaining control over measuring and test equipment.

Assisting ad hoc filing requests

Processing paperwork


Must have a Matric

Qualification in Quality Assurance or Data Analysis

Knowledgeable of a/ or quality systems, statistical

Methods and principles of quality control advantageous

Ms Office Proficient 

Good Communication and Teamwork Skills

Organised and can meet deadlines on time.

Must be between the ages of 18-35.
Must be unemployed.
Must not be a full time student.
Must not be part of any learnerships/apprenticeships or, internships.
Must not have previously participated in the YES Program for more than 8 months.
