• Aid in control and analysis of customer complaints.
• Assist in developing measuring systems and tools to evaluate performance characteristics.
• Assist in developing action plans for realization of improvement projects.
• Aid in the compilation and control quality related statistics process.
• Aid in the evaluating the ongoing performance of processes and products to meeting customer requirements.
• Observe and aid in the performance advanced quality planning process.
• Assist in maintaining control over measuring and test equipment.
• Assisting ad hoc filing requests
• Processing paperwork
• Must have a Matric
• Qualification in Quality Assurance or Data Analysis
• Knowledgeable of a/ or quality systems, statistical
• Methods and principles of quality control advantageous
• Ms Office Proficient
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
• Organised and can meet deadlines on time.
