Production Line Operator

Job Description

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line according to company standards and safety guidelines.

• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality output.

• Perform quality checks on products and parts to maintain high standards of production.

• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products as needed.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Candidate Description

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.

Must be BBBEE aligned

Must be between the ages of 18 and 34 years old

Must be currently unemployed

Must not be a full-time student

Must not be participating in another internship, learnership, or apprenticeship

Must not have previously benefited from the YES Programme for more than 8 months
