Must have a NDip/ Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Must be BEE Aligned
Be between the ages of 18–34
Be currently unemployed
Not be a full-time student
Not be participating in another internship, learnership, or apprenticeship
Not have previously benefited from the YES Programme for more than 8 months
