The Marketing Associate will contribute towards Engeli Group of Companies’ overall growth strategies that encompass (but not limited to): 

Newsletters, Content Creation & Social Media Management 

- Social Media Content Creation highlighting programs under portfolio

- Video Library Creation to highlight allocated entities on Social Media platforms and events

- Assistance with the management of our Social Media platforms

- Assistance with identification of potential clients/opportunities for our service offerings through Social Media interactions

- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) and apply Change Theory in approach based on garnered information.

- Newsletter creation and design for allocated entities – published monthly

Events

- Assist and/or take lead in the organizing of promotional events and traditional/digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

- Design, implementation and support of events to facilitate growth of allocated portfolios

General

- Maintaining and improving the professional brand in the marketplace

- Database creation of potential strategic partnerships

- Report writing

- Work under direction of the Business Development Manager

- Assist the Manager to make inquiries on small projects and to handle them from start to finish

- Cooperate in a positive manner to the growth of the organization and allocated portfolios by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization’s partners

- Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new opportunities for the organization

- Ad hoc duties as required by the organization not listed above

Employee Engagement Program

- Participate as an active member of the EEP Committee

- Development and execution of employee engagement programs and foster the company’s culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered. 

- Assess programs, feedback, and involvement in considering creative ideas and needs.

- Draft letters, emails, surveys, reports, and other correspondence in a timely, accurate manner. Compose routine correspondence not requiring the supervisor’s attention.

- Provide routine information regarding events, progress, policies, and procedures.

-         Content Creation – Graphics, Reels, Newsletters, promotional materials, product guides

-         Social Media

-         Events Planning and Management


- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms

- High attention to detail

- Ability to learn quickly

- Adaptability to new situations and tasks

- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

- Knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

- Content Creation skills

- Videography experience/knowledge preferred 

- Exquisite communication and people skills

- Strong creative ability

- Ability to carry out research relating to the organization and collate the information derived from such research towards improving the organization’s business status

- Excellent attention to details and strong ability to produce high quality reports and presentations

- Ability to work as team player

- High level of integrity and probity

- Ability to relate freely with other members of staff, both up and down the ladder
