Production

Operate machinery and equipment on the production line according to company standards and safety guidelines.

Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality output.

Perform quality checks on products and parts to maintain high standards of production.

Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products as needed.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.


Must have a Post matric N6 qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Management) OR trade certification (e.g., Millwright, Fitter and Turner, Electrician).

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.

Must be BBE Aligned 
Must be between 18-29
Must be currently unemployed
Must not be a full-time student
Must not be a part of an internship, learnership or apprenticeship
Must not have previously benefitted from the YES Programme for longer than 8 months
