Job Description

• Utilize LN ERP software for creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.

• Collaborate with production teams to coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.

• Support inventory management activities by monitoring stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.

• Assist in analysing production data using LN to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Help implement planning strategies in LN to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

Candidate Description

Must have a qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Familiarity with LN ERP software (Infor LN) is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Must be BBE Aligned

Must be between 18-29

Must be currently unemployed

Must not be a full-time student

Must not be a part of an internship, learnership or apprenticeship

Must not have previously benefitted from the YES Programme for longer than 8 months
